Position Summary: Supports laboratory operations through sample management, reagent inventory control, and activity logging to maintain quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sample management and distribution for external testing 2. Reagent inventory control and analytical continuity 3. Laboratory activity logging and cleaning program execution **This is a TEMPORARY position located at Carretera Jorobas\-Tula Km. 24 Lote 55 Parque Industrial Atitalaquia, Hidalgo C.P. 42970\.** **Shift / Work Schedule: Rotating** **Primary Responsibilities:** * Collect and archive raw material samples and distribute them for testing at external laboratories aligned with the plant’s quality policy. * Manage reagent inventory in alignment with required quality standards and analytical performance continuity. * Log laboratory activities and cleaning programs * Organize, handle, and supply reagents to the refinery laboratory. \* **Minimum Qualifications:** * Must be over 18 years of age * Completed high school education * Basic computer usage experience * Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms with or without reasonable accommodation * Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing up or down stairs and bending * Basic practical knowledge of Microsoft Office software, such as Excel and Word * Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or alternate shifts, with prior notice * Ability to work in various environments where noise, dust, chemicals, etc., may be present, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Prior experience with inventory management systems * Minimum six months’ previous experience working in a production and/or warehouse environment Employment Type: Full-time, Project-based or Fixed-term Contract Contract Duration: 6 months Salary: $9,000\.00 \- $9,400\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation? * Do you have availability to perform tasks related to: Laboratory equipment cleaning and maintenance, Raw material sampling, and Handling of loads and materials?
