Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect or Civil Engineer for bid and budget analysis and preparation, catalog management, and administrative control of projects. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative control of project information Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer, aged 22 to 35, with extensive experience in UNIT PRICING and proficiency in Opus and Neodata software; capable of working under pressure; full-time position. Salary negotiable based on experience and capabilities. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Bid analysis and preparation. \- Budget preparation (direct and indirect costs). \- Price catalog management. \- Unit price analysis. \- Administrative control of project information (baseline budget vs. executed budget). \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
