**This is a TEMPORARY position located at Carretera Jorobas\-Tula Km. 24 Lote 55 Parque Industrial Atitalaquia, Hidalgo C.P. 42970\. Please note that Cargill does not provide relocation assistance to the work location** **Shift / Schedule: Rotating** **Main Responsibilities:** * Management and administration of retention samples in the laboratory and storage room (from receipt to disposal). * Handling of waste (hazardous, glass, general trash), including transportation and administrative tasks. * Organization and cleaning of the retention room and refinery and ICP laboratories (materials, equipment, furniture, and floors). * Arranging, handling, and supplying reagents to the refinery laboratory. * Assist in conducting routine quantitative and qualitative inspections and laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process and finished products independently, supporting more complex assays and experiments under immediate supervision. * Help develop food safety/feeding, quality, and regulatory culture by collaborating cross-functionally to build, maintain, and improve an effective food safety, quality, and regulatory culture. **Minimum Qualifications:** * Over 18 years of age * Completed high school or technical career. * Experience using computers. * Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms with or without reasonable accommodation. * Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing up and down stairs and bending. * Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office software, such as Excel and Word. * Ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or different shifts, with prior notice. * Ability to work in various environments where exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, etc., may occur, while using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Ability to operate laboratory equipment. * Previous experience with inventory systems. * Prior laboratory experience of at least 6 months in a laboratory environment.
