




Position Summary: Efficient management of the sales cycle, development of commercial digitalization projects, and administrative support within the department. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and drive the sales cycle efficiently 2. Develop digitalization projects for the commercial area 3. Identify and implement improvements in the commercial process Objective: Efficiently manage and drive the sales cycle. Develop commercial digitalization projects. Responsibilities: * Develop and update the commercial area's process map. * Track and generate quotations for various customers. * Track and generate internal and external purchase orders. * Liaise with intercompany entities to create offers. * Update the commercial area's digital platforms. * Collect all required commercial information to issue invoices and submit invoice requests. * Assist in identifying, designing, building, and implementing improvements in the commercial process. * Monitor all ongoing continuous improvement initiatives in the commercial process. * Follow up on overdue invoicing and/or accounts receivable. * Prepare sales reports and coordinate actions with the technical sales team. * Manage sales budgets. * Provide general administrative support to the department, among other duties.
