We stand out for our commitment to quality and customer service, creating inspiring spaces. **What Are We Looking For?** A highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Saltillo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operational, commercial, and administrative management of the branch, ensuring goal achievement and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Direct and supervise all daily branch activities. * Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase sales and profitability. * Branch opening and closing. * Inventory control and ensuring proper product presentation. * Supervise cash register opening and closing. * Review warehouse and logistics logs related to the delivery van and warehouse tools. * Weekly sales reports. * Staff interviews, onboarding, and resignations. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience managing branches or similar positions, preferably in the retail sector. * Leadership and team management skills. * Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of administration and inventory control. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: $9,925 * Uncapped commissions * Statutory benefits and additional perks. * Attractive commission scheme. * Monthly food vouchers: $1,323 * Quarterly bonus for goal achievement. * Savings fund: 5%. * Thirteenth-month bonus: 30 days. * Permanent employment contract.
