We are seeking an **Operational Assistant** to support the company’s daily operations through basic inventory control, execution of operational errands, and follow-up on general services, ensuring order, operational continuity, and proper resource availability. **What will you do?** * Control and update inventories of souvenirs, supplies, furniture, and technological equipment to ensure availability and traceability. * Perform daily office closing procedures to safeguard facilities and assets. * Follow up on cleaning activities to ensure compliance with established routines and standards. * Follow up on maintenance activities to ensure their proper execution and timely resolution. * Carry out procurement and delivery errands for supplies and stationery to support daily operations. * Execute cash withdrawal, payment, and change exchange errands in accordance with authorized guidelines. * Replace printer ink and consumables to ensure operational continuity or meet specific requests from external departments. * Support other departments within the area. **What do you need?** * Minimum Education Required: Completed high school diploma. * Required Experience: 1 to 3 years in operational support, inventory management, or administrative errands. * Essential Technical Knowledge: Basic inventory control, cash handling, basic office equipment operation. * Basic–intermediate proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. * Organization and control of operational documentation. * Basic knowledge of administrative and procurement processes. * Supplier and service follow-up. * Use of digital tools (email, calendar, shared documents). * Preparation of simple control and follow-up reports. **We offer:** * Competitive salary * Excellent work environment and growth opportunities. * Ongoing training and spaces for social work. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 hours. * Statutory benefits and above.
