Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Inspector to perform inspections, document results, and participate in solving manufacturing problems within an automotive environment. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional development in an inclusive company. **Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:** * Perform inspections according to the corresponding manufacturing process using applicable contract documents and calibrated measuring tools per procedure—from Incoming through Finished Goods. * Document inspections in corresponding records (control sheets or inspection forms). * Initiate/Create Non-Conforming Product Reports; follow up to ensure correction and closure. * Generate indicators based on inspection results. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary and production teams to resolve major manufacturing issues or supplier-related problems. * Perform inspections according to special process manufacturing procedures (Crimping and Torque) using applicable documents and calibrated measuring tools per procedure. * Inspect materials according to the corresponding manufacturing process using applicable documents—from receipt through disposition—ensuring their conformity (Applicable only to Incoming Inspectors). **Education and Experience:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in the automotive or manufacturing industry. * Knowledge of quality criteria and First Piece Release. * Experience in problem-solving management and interaction with unionized personnel. * Leadership and Communication skills. * Knowledge of manufacturing, automotive, or harness production. * Proficiency in using measuring instruments appropriate to the type of inspection (General Inspector, Welding, Special Processes, Surface Treatment, Electrical, Receiving), Quality Reports, NDT Testing, Visual Inspection, Welding Symbolism, Adhesion, Material Release, Raw Materials, Internal and External Processes, Drawing Interpretation. * Continuous Improvement Methodology / ISO9001. * Mandatory shift rotation and weekend flexibility; work location: Huehuetoca, State of Mexico. * Knowledge of quality criteria and First Piece Release. * Availability for shift rotation and Saturday work. * Residence in Huehuetoca, State of Mexico, or nearby municipalities. **Skills:** * Microsoft Office Suite. * Attention to and response capability for internal and external audits. * Communication and Teamwork. * Compliance with standards. **We Offer:** * Primary workplace is Huehuetoca, State of Mexico. * This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive total compensation package. * Equal Opportunity Employer – Inclusive Company. * Excellent, above-average benefits package. * Professional development. **Application Steps:** * To learn more about this position and apply, please visit the following link: https://hcnh.fa.us2\.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience/es/sites/CX\_1001/requisitions/preview/891
