Position: **Mechanical Workshop Coordinator** Location: Tultitlán, State of Mexico Position Type: Full-time **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise mechanical workshop activities. * Assign tasks to technical staff and monitor work progress. * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles. * Ensure service quality and adherence to delivery timelines. * Expense control, workshop visits, and parts quotation * Manage inventories of parts, tools, and materials. * Prepare performance and maintenance reports. **Requirements:** * Technical degree or engineering in automotive mechanics or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in mechanical workshops or fleet operations. * Knowledge of automotive mechanics, diagnostics, and maintenance management. * Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills. * Knowledge of heavy- and light-duty diesel systems * Basic computer skills and familiarity with maintenance control software (preferred). **We Offer:** * Base salary of 21,000 pesos gross * Statutory benefits (IMSS, profit sharing, vacation bonus, Christmas bonus, funeral expense insurance) * Discounts at cinemas, gyms, supermarkets, amusement parks, and laboratory testing centers. * Discounts on our products ranging from 20% to 80% * Ongoing training. * Opportunities for career growth within the workshop.
