Job Summary: We are seeking a Design Engineer with experience in the automotive industry for component design—proactive and capable of working effectively in a team. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of automotive processes including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and DFM/DFA Korean company is seeking a Design Engineer Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Design Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in the automotive parts industry, including component design, metal/plastic parts, interiors, chassis, etc. English: required (advanced) Proficiency in CAD software (at least one of the following is mandatory): CATIA, SolidWorks, NX, Creo, or AutoCAD. Experience in 3D modeling, assemblies, and technical drawings. Experience in automotive processes: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), Design for Manufacturing (DFM/DFA). Basic knowledge of automotive standards: IATF 16949, ISO 9001, GM specifications (GMW, GP, etc.). Basic analysis handling (CAE/FEA if applicable, or simulation using software such as ANSYS). Experience in designing vehicle components (plastics, metals, injection molding, stamping, etc.). Proactive, results-oriented, strong communication skills, and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams (with quality, production, and suppliers).
