We have three manufacturing plants for ceramic adhesives and grinding: Apaxco Plant, State of Mexico, Vizarrón Querétaro Plant and Tepeaca Puebla Plant **What are we looking for?** **Technical Support and Computer Maintenance Engineer (Apaxco plant)** **What will be your responsibilities?** * Provide technical support to internal and external users. * Configuration of equipment and devices. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer systems, computing equipment (desktop and laptops) and printers. * Tracking incidents and resolving issues. * Prompt attention and response to users. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field * 2 years of experience as a technical support engineer * Experience in manufacturing companies * Experience in maintenance and repair of computer equipment, cell phones, printers, radios and networks. * Excellent communication skills * Proficiency in software packages: Excel, Word, Sharepoint, Power BI, Databases, Firewall, ERP * Understanding and application of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.), network configuration (wiring, wireless, etc.) and network security management. * Ability to identify the cause of computer problems, both hardware and software, and to find effective solutions. * Must have a valid driver's license and highway driving experience, as you will provide support to the plants in Querétaro, Puebla and Durango. * Knowledge of QMS (development of procedures, instructions, forms) * HIGH SENSE OF URGENCY TO ADDRESS USER NEEDS Job type: Full-time Salary: $1.00 \- $2.00 per day Benefits: * Employee discounts * Free parking * Company phone * Free uniforms Application question(s): * The position is based at Apaxco plant, how far is it from your current location? * Do you know how to drive a standard vehicle and do you have a valid license? * What is your salary expectation?
