Generate operator attendance reports. Plan and assign trips based on operator availability. Monitor and manage operator rest periods and departures. Maintain service level regarding compliance with scheduled appointments. Receive and address client operational requirements. Safety activities Reinforce safety requirements and guidelines established by the client and TMS as specified in the instruction letter. Monitor operator driving hours report. Ensure compliance with attendance in assigned training courses. Comply with medical record program. Ensure 100% operator attendance. Maintain fleet utilization at 65% under supervision, providing continuous customer service and synergies. Guarantee 100% trip assignment per shift. Maintain 100% of units in correct statuses (no units without status for more than 2 hours). Fully support preventive maintenance program for units under supervision. Support ensuring 100% compliance with operator training. Ensure 100% of operator departures have evidence records in AS400\.
