Job Summary: We are seeking a Unit Price Analyst for construction projects and tenders, responsible for productivity analysis, labor and material cost analysis, preparation of unit prices and budgets, and evaluation of economic proposals. Key Highlights: 1. Detailed analysis of productivity, costs, and materials for construction projects 2. Preparation of unit prices and budgets 3. Evaluation and review of economic proposals Unit Price Analyst for various construction projects and tenders, conducting detailed analysis of work productivity across different activities, labor and material costs for items listed in the construction catalog. Requirements: * Civil Engineer, Architect, or related degree (completed or incomplete). * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of unit pricing, budgeting, tendering, and cost control. * Valid driver's license. Responsibilities: * Prepare unit prices. * Evaluate and review economic proposals. * Prepare budgets. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:00, and Saturday, 09:00 to 12:00.
