What are we looking for in you? Education: Civil Engineer, Architect or related field (degree holder or intern). Desired experience: 2–3 years in previous positions as UNIT PRICE ANALYST and/or in Cost Areas. Software knowledge: NEODATA, OPUS, AUTOCAD, Office. Knowledge of physical site surveys. Experience and/or knowledge of other systems and key components in construction projects, such as: electrical systems, HVAC systems, security systems, telecommunications infrastructure, and finishes and final works. Ability to read blueprints and conceptual understanding of projects. Valid and complete documentation is mandatory.
