It consists of three business units: **Coppel Stores, Afore Coppel and BanCoppel.** **Position Objective:** Carry out home collection activities for the various financial products offered by Grupo Coppel, supporting the maintenance of a healthy portfolio through effective portfolio recovery management, delivery of account statements, and customer information verification, providing comprehensive and continuous support. **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify within their assigned area customers with overdue accounts, aiming to provide timely follow-up, establish payment agreements, and/or receive payments that allow them to bring their accounts up to date. * Confirm the address and personal details of each customer applying for credit for any of the group's financial services, ensuring data accuracy to enable better credit analysis and response. * Timely deliver account statements, promotional materials, and the Coppel newspaper to customers, as well as guidance based on expressed needs, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction with the Group's services. * Deliver received payments and/or payment agreements made with customers so they can be recorded in the system and account information updated by the end of the day. * Promote Coppel Credit by inviting individuals to apply for credit, thus expanding the Group's customer portfolio. * Collect, when necessary, items with overdue payments according to internal policies, allowing partial recovery of the outstanding balance. **Available Locations:** * Progreso * Actopan **Required Profile:** * **Secondary education level** * Experience in customer service. * Communication skills. * Interest in fieldwork.
