**Main Responsibilities** * Maintain cleanliness of common areas (lobby, hallways, cafeteria, restrooms, gym, trash container, courtyard, meeting room, offices, and parking lot). * Clean and disinfect floors, furniture, glass, restrooms, and equipment. * Collect garbage and sort waste (organic, recyclable, and non-recyclable). * Control odors and overall appearance of the premises. * Interact with guests courteously, discreetly, and professionally. **Requirements** * No experience required. * Education: Secondary or High School. * Flexible availability. * Good personal presentation, service attitude, and responsibility.
