Position Summary: We are seeking a Chemical-Textile Laboratory Technician to ensure shade matching and quality control in dyeing and finishing processes, meeting specifications and standards. Coordination with production and quality departments **Job Description:** We are seeking a Chemical-Textile Laboratory Technician to ensure accurate shade matching and quality control in dyeing and finishing processes, guaranteeing compliance with customer specifications and production standards. **Responsibilities:** * Development and shade matching of textile colors. * Adjustment of dye and auxiliary formulations. * Sample and production validation. * Correction of color deviations. * Recipe recordkeeping and control. * Coordination with production and quality departments. **Requirements:** * Technical or Engineering degree in Textile Chemistry, Textile Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in color matching or textile laboratory work. * Knowledge of dyeing and finishing processes. * Proficiency in spectrophotometer and light booth operation. * Knowledge of colorimetry and recipe formulation. * Flexible working hours. **Knowledge in:** * Textile dyeing and finishing processes * Quality control in textiles * Laboratory equipment and textile testing * Working under pressure. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory and additional benefits. * Job stability. * Continuous training. * Growth opportunities.
