




Position Summary: We are seeking an ethical and analytical professional to lead administrative management, ensuring efficient financial processes and tax compliance under the highest quality standards. Your mission will be to guarantee efficient and controlled financial processes, ensuring operational continuity under the highest quality and tax compliance standards. **Key Responsibilities** * **Financial management and control:** Supervise and control billing, collections, accounts receivable, and accounts payable activities. * **Legal and tax compliance:** Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and current tax regulations. * **Process optimization:** Propose and implement improvements in administrative procedures to optimize time and operational costs. * **Strategic reporting:** Prepare and present periodic financial reports to General Management, facilitating data-driven decision-making. * **Interdepartmental collaboration:** Coordinate with Production, Sales, and Procurement departments to ensure an efficient billing and collection flow. **Profile Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (Mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years in administrative leadership or financial supervision roles, with expertise in collection cycles and treasury operations. * **Systems (ERP):** Solid knowledge of administrative and accounting management software (e.g., Microsip, SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in electronic invoicing. (Test required) * **Skills:** Advanced Excel, analytical thinking, and risk-based approach.
