If you have a technical or engineering background in: Maintenance, Systems, or Telecommunications. Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields. And you have the right attitude to learn and grow with us! Your main field responsibilities: Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Ensuring operational continuity of our systems. On-Site Incident Response: Basic diagnosis and timely escalation of incidents. Quality Control: Generation of evidence (photographs, measurements, and checklists). Resource Management: Proper handling of tools and reporting of supply/spare parts needs. What do you need to apply? Education: Completed Engineering or Technical Degree. Residence: Must reside in Playa del Carmen (our processes and operations are 100% on-site). Availability: Interest in immediate interview and commitment to continuous learning.
