Job Summary: We are seeking a committed Maintenance Subcoordinator with leadership and management skills to ensure proper operational functionality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the general staff and communicate with hotel supervisors 2. Support nighttime transfers and procurement of consumables/equipment 3. Cover responsibilities of supervisors and coordinators during absences Rowan Networks is seeking a committed Maintenance Subcoordinator with leadership and management skills to contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities. Main Responsibilities: Maintain constant communication with supervisors and assistant managers across various hotels. Operational management of the general staff. Conduct information gathering for implementation of new services. Execute additional services as required by operational needs. Provide support for nighttime transfers when required. Assist in procurement-related tasks for consumables or equipment. Cover supervisor duties during absences (vacations or leaves). Assume coordinator responsibilities during their vacation periods. Train personnel holding supervisor-level positions. Maintain control and tracking of consumables. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), Mechatronics, Maintenance, or related field. Desirable one year of experience in similar positions. Proficiency in using tools and measurement equipment (multimeter, ammeter, hygrometer, thermostats, electrical network tester, micro-scanner for nodes, IPC tester). Desirable knowledge of special installations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Driver's license is desirable.
