Training of newly hired personnel and professional development. 2. Training and development of personnel in private security. 3. Management of SIRCE and procedures before the Secretariat of Security. We are a private security company with nationwide presence. **TRAINER / INSTRUCTOR** in private security. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree. * Experience: Minimum **3 years verifiable as TRAINER.** * Willingness to travel. * Certified instructor with **DC5\.** **Responsibilities:** * Training of newly hired personnel. * Training (Training Needs Assessment). * SIRCE management. * Personnel training and development. * Work plans, manuals, and schedules. * Knowledge of procedures before the Secretariat of Security. **Certification in the following courses:** * Access control * Private security for assets * Basic private security * Custody services * Fire extinguishers and hydrants * Non-lethal instruments * Civil protection * First aid * Monitoring * Human rights * Rational use of force * NOM 035 * NOM 009 safety conditions for working at heights. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM. Saturday, 8 AM to 12 PM. **We offer:** * Monthly salary of $20,000 (including food vouchers). * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus).
