Excellent work environment Position: Industrial Maintenance Technician / Engineer We are seeking a Maintenance Technician or Engineer with experience in specialized equipment in brewery plants, responsible for ensuring the proper operation of critical machinery and guaranteeing the operational continuity of the facility. Key Responsibilities: * Execute and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment. * Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational failures. * Supervise and maintain the electrical plant, chiller, compressors, and brewery production equipment. * Ensure proper operation of refrigeration, pumping, and electrical distribution systems. * Coordinate repairs, replacement of spare parts, and immediate response to operational incidents. * Develop and monitor preventive maintenance programs. * Conduct periodic inspections to prevent failures and operational shutdowns. * Maintain control of tools, spare parts, and maintenance inventories. * Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure plant continuity. * Generate technical reports, logs, and maintenance activity tracking. * Comply with industrial safety standards and good operational practices. Requirements: * Degree or technical qualification in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or related field. * Experience in maintenance of industrial machinery and specialized equipment. * Knowledge of electrical plants, chillers, refrigeration systems, and brewery plant equipment. * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance. * Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems. * Proficiency with tools and measurement equipment. * Flexible working hours availability.
