Opportunities for professional development and growth We are seeking an Electronic Security Projects Coordinator responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing security system projects, ensuring the correct implementation of technological solutions aligned with company standards. **Key Responsibilities** Plan, coordinate, and execute electronic security projects (video surveillance, alarms, and access control). Define technical scopes, priorities, and schedules to ensure timely and on-spec deliveries. Supervise installation, configuration, and integration of new security technologies. Coordinate external integrators and vendors responsible for installations. Validate proper functionality of implemented systems. Generate progress, status, and project closure reports. Ensure technical and administrative documentation for each project. Track incidents and propose continuous improvements to security systems. Travel to various HEB business units as required by the project. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles coordinating electronic security projects. Knowledge of systems including: Alarms and detection: Bosch, Honeywell, Notifier Video surveillance: Genetec, Hanwha, Axis, Bosch Access control: Genetec, HID, Honeywell, Bosch Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using MS Planner and MS To Do. Familiarity with agile methodologies. Ability to plan, organize, and track multiple projects.
