




Job Description Aeronautical Operations Coordinator Preferred requirements: Experience in PRIVATE AVIATION Advanced level of ENGLISH is essential Requirements \* Gender indifferent \* Valid OFFICER OF OPERATIONS license \* Current Medical Certificate \* Availability for work schedule \* Proactive Position type: Full-time Required skills: \- Office software proficiency \- Email management \- Platform procedures \- Process analysis (continuous improvement) \- Change management and operational risk analysis RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure compliance with procedures in airport operations. * Verify that personnel have the necessary technical and safety equipment for handling operations. * Check proper functioning of emergency alarm systems and communication equipment. * Guarantee monitoring and follow-up of aircraft arrivals and departures according to schedule. * Supervise adherence to procedures during operations. * Verify compliance with clear passage on taxiways. * Prepare daily operation reports by recording incidents and failures detected during the shift. **What does this role do?** \- Review flight schedules. \- Generate departure and arrival reports for assigned flights. \- Collect departure information for upcoming flights. \- As assigned operations officer, confirm relevant flight information with the flight commander. \- Direct aircraft to arrival positions. \- Notify involved personnel of any issues or changes in flight scheduling. \- Review meteorological documentation. \- Review flight delay reports. \- Supervise that General Workers wear personal protective equipment according to company policies and procedures. \- Verify ground materials and equipment required for aircraft servicing and safety. \- Inspect external conditions of aircraft. \- Assist the Pilot-in-Command with flight preparation by providing required flight plan information. \- Provide the Pilot-in-Command prior to flight, according to available means, the necessary information for conducting a safe flight. \- Be responsible for knowing the customer service standard and commitment, thus always committing to stay informed and up-to-date. \- Always show empathy toward the customer. \- Always ensure resolving any customer inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person who can assist. \- Perform services from beginning to end properly cleaned and ensure an appealing presentation. \- Monitor third-party operations, including their procedures and services with various airport authorities, as well as collecting and analyzing related aircraft documentation. \- Update documents with AFAC \- Make payments to third parties and airport authorities (taxes, services, etc.) \- Coordinate ICAO national and international flight plans for third-party aircraft \- Coordinate and notify corresponding Mexican authorities such as Immigration, Customs, NATIONAL GUARD, SENEAM, AMAIT, AFAC and SEDENA. \- Carry out required procedures depending on operation type (COMMERCIAL, CHARTER, NON-COMMERCIAL PRIVATE FLIGHTS, CARGO FLIGHTS, etc.) \- Coordinate different departments to provide Handling services for third-party aircraft, including ramp services, external suppliers, and customer service for passenger reception and departure, as well as preparing migration forms and customs declarations (SAT) Mexico. \- Receive and process permits for foreign aircraft, including their entry into the country, document reception, verification and validation with AFAC Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday with 2 days off Experience: Minimum 3 years * Salary: $15,000.00 per month Position type: Full-time Salary: Up to $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking * Flexible hours * Option for indefinite contract * Cafeteria service * Company phone * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Language: * English (Mandatory) License/Certification: * Aeronautical Operations Officer License (Mandatory) Travel availability: * 50% (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
