Job Summary: We are seeking receptionists with an excellent service attitude, responsibility, and passion for hospitality to deliver a warm and professional experience to our guests. Positive, proactive attitude with a strong service orientation. At MIA Tulum Resort, we seek receptionists with an excellent service attitude, responsibility, and passion for hospitality. This position is critical to delivering a warm and professional experience to our guests from the very first moment. Work takes place in a natural seaside environment; therefore, we seek individuals sensitive to nature, emotionally balanced, and capable of adapting to a relaxed yet demanding atmosphere. Main Responsibilities: * Welcome guests warmly and professionally. * Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently. * Provide clear information about resort facilities, services, activities, and regulations. * Address guest requests, resolve inquiries, and channel complaints empathetically and promptly. * Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, etc.) to ensure smooth service operations. * Accurately manage reservation and billing systems. * Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically harmonious front desk aligned with the hotel’s ambiance. Desired Profile: * Previous experience in hotel reception or customer service (minimum 1 year). * Proficiency in English (mandatory); knowledge of other languages is a plus. * Excellent personal presentation and verbal communication skills. * Positive, proactive attitude with a strong service orientation. * Ability to work under pressure and on rotating shifts. * Alignment with MIA’s core values: hospitality, harmony, nature, and respect.
