What are we looking for? * Candidate residing in Tulum. * Candidate with motorcycle or vehicle. * Candidate with personal laptop and phone. * Candidate with excellent communication skills and strong presentation. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel or vacation rental sector. * Diploma in Tourism or related field. * Fluency in English and Spanish. * Results-driven with focus on company economic goals. * Experience in team management, leadership, customer orientation, planning, and organization. * Immediate availability.
