




Job Description: At MIA Tulum Resort, we are looking for receptionists with an excellent service attitude, responsibility, and passion for hospitality. This role is key to delivering a warm and professional experience to our guests from the very first moment. The job takes place in a natural seaside environment, so we seek individuals who are sensitive to nature, emotionally balanced, and able to adapt to a relaxed yet demanding atmosphere. Main Responsibilities: * Greet guests with kindness and professionalism. * Perform efficient check-ins and check-outs. * Provide clear information about the resort’s facilities, services, activities, and regulations. * Handle requests, answer questions, and address complaints empathetically and promptly. * Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, etc.) to ensure smooth service operations. * Accurately manage the reservation and billing system. * Keep the front desk clean, organized, and aligned with the hotel’s ambiance. Desired Profile: * Previous experience in hotel reception or customer service (minimum 1 year). * Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus. * Excellent personal presentation and verbal communication skills. * Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine service vocation. * Ability to work under pressure and on rotating shifts. * Alignment with MIA’s values: hospitality, harmony, nature, and respect.
