




Job Summary: Supervises final finishing works of residential units, coordinates repairs, verifies quality standards, and prepares progress reports for handover. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of finishing works and quality standards for residential units. 2. Coordination of repairs and after-sales service. 3. Validation of materials and labor during final construction stages. Responsibilities: Supervise final finishing works on residential units prior to handover. Coordinate repairs and outstanding items identified during inspections or after-sales service reports. Verify that residential units comply with the company’s established quality standards. Coordinate handover inspections and walkthroughs with customers and the after-sales service department. Prepare progress reports, lists of pending items, and unit release documentation for handover readiness. Validate materials, finishes, and labor during final construction stages. Supervise work crews or technical staff responsible for repairs or adjustments. Education: Architect, Civil Engineer, or related degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of construction site management and materials. Familiarity with quality assurance and after-sales processes is desirable. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction (finishing works, after-sales service, or handover). Knowledge of construction materials, building processes, and quality control. Ability to coordinate personnel and provide direct customer service. Salary: $20,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
