Position Objective: Prepare and cook food following recipes, quality standards, portion sizes, and established timeframes, supporting overall kitchen operations and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene of the work station. Functions and Responsibilities: 1\. Receive, inspect, and prepare ingredients according to production orders or tickets. 2\. Prepare dishes in accordance with standardized recipes and menu specifications. 3\. Verify the quality, freshness, and presentation of food before dispatch. 4\. Keep work station clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. 5\. Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP or applicable NOM). 6\. Assist in portion control and minimize waste. 7\. Collaborate in setting up and restocking mise en place. 8\. Report to the supervisor any missing supplies, malfunctioning equipment, or kitchen incidents. 9\. Participate in partial or full inventories as required. 10\. Support other kitchen areas according to operational needs.
