Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and sociable event animator with experience in entertainment to organize games, team-building activities, and coordinate group activities for hostel guests. Key Responsibilities: 1. Guest integration and party atmosphere setup. 2. Organization of games, team-building activities, and experiences. 3. Coordination of Boat Party and hostel tours. Requirements: * Gender: Unrestricted. * English proficiency is mandatory. * Professional appearance and strong communication skills. * Proactive, sociable personality with excellent energy. * Experience in entertainment, animation, or group activities. Responsibilities: * Organize games, team-building activities, and experiences. * Coordinate Boat Parties, hostel tours, and daily hostel activities. * Integrate all guests to encourage social interaction. * Set the atmosphere for parties. We Offer: * Monthly salary of $8,000.00 plus attendance bonus. * Incentive based on guest reviews. * Commissions. * One day off per week. * Discount at AyB, one free night at other CHE hostels. * 8-hour shift. * Accommodation provided if necessary.
