This position combines **customer service, organizational, and acting skills**, serving as a key element in creating an exciting and unforgettable experience for our visitors. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and **attract customers with energy, enthusiasm, and stage presence**, inviting them to become part of the experience. * **Convey emotion and generate anticipation** through an acting performance that connects with the audience. * **Sell and collect payment for tickets/passes** clearly, courteously, and efficiently. * **Coordinate visitor flow**, signaling guides at the appropriate time to maintain an organized experience. * **Verify that all equipment and work areas function properly** before and during operations. * Keep the space **tidy, prepared, and ready to receive customers** at all times. * Contribute to creating an **immersive and memorable atmosphere** for each group of visitors. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * An **extroverted, expressive individual with ease in performing or improvising** in front of an audience. * Excellent service attitude and communication skills. * Ability to **convey emotions and generate enthusiasm** among customers. * Responsible, organized, and proactive. **Benefits:** * Dynamic and creative work environment. * **Performance-based commissions:** upon achieving certain pass sales targets, you will receive additional commission.
