Customer attention and service A major retail company is currently looking for: STORE MANAGER Location: Tulum Requirements: * Minimum **2 years of retail or consultative in-store sales experience**. * Experience in customer attention and service. * Experience working with **sales targets or commercial quotas**. * Verifiable employment stability. * Completed high school education. We Offer: * **Base salary:** $9,600 MXN gross per month. * **Food vouchers:** $1,536 MXN per month. * **Guaranteed commission:** $4,000 MXN for the first 2 months. * Uncapped commission scheme. * **Pay schedule:** Biweekly (on the 15th and last day of each month); commissions paid on the 10th of each month. * Statutory benefits. * Fixed day off: Sundays. * IMSS coverage from day one. * INFONAVIT. * Statutory year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Statutory vacation days. * Vacation premium. * Life insurance. **Work Conditions:** * Must reside in Tulum. * Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. * On-site work mode with **40% field prospecting**.
