




Job Summary: This position focuses on administrative expense control, meeting and personnel tracking, policy updates, and monthly accounting support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative management and expense control. 2. Support in monthly accounting closing. 3. Maintenance of office procedures and policies. • Organize and maintain administrative expense control. • Track meetings of Senior Management. • Monitor staff meal allowances. • Enter internal Excel staff records. • Generate QR codes for staff entry. • Update and maintain office procedures and policies. • Make reservations and handle other travel preparations. • Manage warehouse maintenance activities. • Support monthly accounting closing. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor’s Degree 2 years of experience Age: between 22 and 45 years Knowledge: Human Resources Administration Driver’s License: Class A Keywords: ayudante, asistente, auxiliar, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide, administrative
