Job Summary: We are seeking a Wedding Coordinator to assist with logistics, coordination, and supervision of events, as well as client service and wedding package quotations. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Wedding Coordinator · MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES · * Attend wedding team briefings and maintain constant contact with clients. * Coordinate ceremony logistics: guest and couple transportation with bellboys, placement at beaches, restaurants, chapels, etc. * Inform wedding stewards about materials required for each event. * Verify proper setup: chairs, tables, table linens, and glassware. * Supervise events until completion and report any issues to the wedding manager or assistant. * Handle calls, emails, and quotations from both couples and agencies. * Quote and send wedding packages. * Explain options and packages on the company’s platform to couples and agents. * Send ceremony payment forms and follow up on deposits. * Assist FAM TRIPS and inspection visits by couples or agencies. * Coordinate with other departments for event execution: send schedules and locations via email, deliver instructions and wristbands at corresponding lobbies. * Translate legal ceremonies if guests do not speak Spanish. * Request advance payments to formalize events. * Participate in conventions, trade shows, and national and international promotional trips. · In exchange for your commitment and motivation, we offer: · * Real opportunities for professional growth within an internationally expanding company. * Excellent working environment. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Continuous training and enriching learning experiences.-Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience Keywords: resident, supervisor, team leader, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, wedding
