We are seeking a WiFi network technical support specialist for on-site and field assignments, providing customer service in metropolitan areas, with per diem allowances. **Our Value Proposition** An excellent work environment, real medium- and long-term career development, certifications, coaching, plus extensive training and hands-on experience—we offer: * **Base salary**: MXN 13,000 net (direct employment contract) + statutory benefits, fully nominal, plus per diem payments. * **Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (to be confirmed), and Saturdays until noon. * **Work location**: Guadalajara Metropolitan Area (various locations in Tlajomulco, Tonalá, Zapopan, and other sites within the city). **What We’re Looking For:** * 6 months to 1 year of experience as: Technical Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, Systems Assistant, Systems Analyst, Telecom Engineer, Telecommunications Consultant, Cisco Engineer, Network Engineer, NOC Engineer, Network Consultant, Network Technician, Network Engineer, Network Engineer, Network Consultant, Network Analyst. * Networking and communications skills: Knowledge of TCP/IP networks, OSI model, routing, VLANs, high availability, redundancy, and related topics. * Availability for on-site and field assignments, including travel to specific locations.
