Requires leadership ability and teamwork Security Agent (Riviera Maya) · Gender: Male Age: 25 and above Marital Status: Any Education Level: Completed high school 1 year of experience in the position Teamwork Working under pressure Impartiality · JOB OBJECTIVE: · No physical mobility restrictions Leadership ability Flexible schedule availability · RESPONSIBILITIES: · Enforce and ensure compliance with hotel policies and regulations Carry out general and position-specific instructions issued by the Security Department Ensure the radio is always in perfect working condition with appropriate volume for receiving messages via earpiece, and always tuned to Channel 2. Thoroughly understand the department's coded communication system. Conduct inspections: This task involves identity checks, personal belongings inspections, merchandise and/or vehicle inspections. These activities occur during entry or inside the facility where services are provided. Prevent criminal acts: The third function involves monitoring and preventing destruction, theft, alteration, or modification of assets protected by the Security Agent.
