Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the technical staff performs effectively to maintain hotel machinery operation and room division functionality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. 2. Coordinates work teams for immediate damage response. 3. Supervises machinery and tool usage to prevent accidents. We are seeking your talent as: * **Third-Shift Maintenance Supervisor** Directly responsible for ensuring effective performance of technical staff assigned to maintain all hotel machinery and room division operations. **Responsibilities:** * Daily review of preventive maintenance task execution; submit reports and track proper execution via equipment logbooks; schedule pending tasks. * Approve all work performed by technicians; complete reporting forms; keep the incident logbook updated. * Maintain daily control of rooms blocked due to malfunctions and schedule staff to unblock rooms as soon as possible. * Monitor adherence to scheduled machinery and lighting on/off times per the energy-saving program. * Lead and coordinate formation of immediate-response work teams focused on definitive damage resolution. * Supervise proper use of machinery and tools to prevent occupational accidents. **We Offer:** * Base Salary * Statutory Benefits * Grocery Vouchers * Savings Fund * Staff Cafeteria * Staff Transportation * Uniforms * Career Development Opportunities * Birthday Leave with Pay If you are interested in this opportunity, we invite you to apply.
