




SOCIAL SECURITY TECHNICIAN Position Objective: Provide support to the Social Security Officer in all processes related to the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS), INFONAVIT, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering key support to Human Resources operations. ✅ Main Responsibilities: * Audit employee files. * Verify correct salary integration for reporting to IMSS. * Submit employee enrollments, terminations, and modifications via SUA. * Manage disabilities, pensions, work-related risks, and follow up on special cases. * Process EMA and EBA reconciliations. * Calculate and review SUA, IDSE, INFONAVIT, and determine employer-employee contribution rates. * Perform reconciliations to ensure proper deduction of INFONAVIT amortizations versus payroll. * Respond to audits and requirements from IMSS or other entities. * Coordinate with the payroll department for movement reconciliation. * Advise employees on social security and housing matters. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in social security. * Proficiency in IMSS platforms (IDSE, SUA, SIPARE) and INFONAVIT. * Up-to-date knowledge of LSS, LFT, and current regulations. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Proactive, organized attitude with high sense of confidentiality.
