Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator or BASE Last Mile Supervisor to coordinate, optimize, and monitor final package delivery, managing routes, tasks, and communications. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and optimization of final package delivery 2. Management of efficient routes and assignment of tasks to drivers 3. Incident resolution and communication with customers and the system We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator or BASE Last Mile Supervisor in Playa del Carmen With experience in LOGISTICS Work Location: Warehouse near Villas del Sol, El Edén Plus. Responsibilities • Coordinate and optimize final package delivery • Plan efficient routes • Assign tasks to drivers • Monitor deliveries in real time • Resolve incidents during delivery • Manage communication among drivers, customers, and the system Fixed schedule 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. One rotating day off per week (We do not provide transportation for staff) Desired Academic Background - Completed high school and/or incomplete undergraduate degree, or currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Engineering, Administration, or related field. - Complete documentation Desired Technical Skills - Basic Excel - Google Sheets Compensation and Benefits * Gross monthly salary: $13,257.30 Weekly salary: $3,314 gross $1,100 food vouchers (monthly) $1,100 punctuality and attendance bonus (monthly) • Statutory benefits from day one • 100% IMSS coverage • Life insurance • INFONAVIT or FONACOT contributions If you are interested and have relevant experience, please send your CV. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General High School Diploma 1 year of experience Knowledge: Coordination ability, Communication, Efficiency, Warehouse operations, Logistics, Logistics operations, Logistics processes, Supervision Keywords: resident, supervisor, team leader, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain
