




Job Summary: Reception coordinator responsible for managing reservations, customer service, and events at a golf simulator club, ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Personalized attention to members, players, and visitors. 2. Reservation management and simulator session scheduling. 3. Resolution of inquiries and continuous improvement of the customer experience. o Reception and personalized attention to members, players, and visitors. o Reservation management for in-person visits or golf simulator sessions. o Scheduling of time slots, playing times, and customer flow. o Basic explanation of golf simulator usage and available services. o Support for social events or tournaments within the community. o Waitlist follow-up and occupancy optimization. o Telephone and digital channel support (WhatsApp, email, apps). o Coordination with operational departments (instructors, bar staff, waitstaff). o Supervision of the reception area and simulator area presentation. o Professional resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, or issues. o Enhancement of customer experience and member retention. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General Baccalaureate 1 year of experience Languages: English Age: between 25 and 35 years Knowledge: Telephone customer service, Reception, Reservations, Coordination, Customer service Keywords: host, hostess, greeter
