Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the proper operation, preservation, and repair of building facilities, guaranteeing optimal safety and operational conditions. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and problem solving BUILDING MAINTENANCE STAFF JOB OBJECTIVE Ensure the proper operation, preservation, and repair of building facilities, guaranteeing optimal conditions of safety, cleanliness, and operability. Duties and Responsibilities \* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on: \* Electrical installations \* Hydraulic and sanitary systems \* Painting and finishing work \* Carpentry and locksmithing \* Electromechanical installations · Supervise the operation of elevators, water pumps, lighting systems, swimming pool, spa, paddle tennis court, gym, etc. · Respond to reports and provide timely solutions. · Conduct periodic building inspections. · Carry out preventive maintenance tasks. · Coordinate with external vendors when specialized services are required. · Maintain tools and materials in good condition. · Comply with safety and hygiene regulations. REQUIREMENTS Education · Completed secondary or high school education (technical training in maintenance, electricity, or related field preferred). Experience · Minimum 1–2 years of experience in general building maintenance, condominiums, offices, or similar facilities.
