Development composed of two phases, where Phase 1 will consist of 5 towers built on a 6,500 m2 plot of land. Phase 2 will be developed on a 10,000 m2 area. Among the towers, we will find walking paths, sidewalks, art installations, and, of course, a wide range of commercial establishments (ice cream shop, café, bakery, Huichol crafts, OXXO, gym, among others), offering a variety of services for the enjoyment of residents and tourists. Tower 1* Composed of only 36 units; on the 1,000 m2 ground floor, there will be a high-end gym, serving residents, guests, and the general public. Delivery: August 2023.
