Direct impact on team culture and structure. **Human Resources Manager** \- Puerto Aventuras, Quintana Roo We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who does not merely administer the HR function… but truly builds culture and order in a growing operation. We seek someone who is hands\-on, closely connected with the team, and strongly operationally focused. **Responsibilities:** * Personnel administration: contracts, onboarding, and offboarding * Incident management, payroll, and taxes * End\-to\-end recruitment and selection * Employee onboarding and offboarding * Training and development * Performance evaluations and organizational climate assessments * Implementation and management of internal policies * Organization of internal events and team integration **Additionally, you will be responsible for:** * Serving as the HR point of contact for the entire team * Resolving day-to-day issues with a people\-first approach * Maintaining an organized and efficient operation **Requirements:** * Prior experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner * Strong focus on administration and operations (not only culture) * Solution-oriented, hands\-on, and proactive profile * Excellent interpersonal relationship skills * Conversational English (interviews are conducted in English) * Experience in hospitality or tourism is a plus If you are interested in joining a growing operation where you can have a direct impact on team culture and structure, apply through this channel.
