Job Summary: This role involves welcoming guests, serving food and beverages, maintaining clean areas, and anticipating guest needs in the pool area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Warmly welcome and assist guests in the pool area. 2. Coordinate services and ensure cleanliness in the pool area. 3. Deliver excellent service and anticipate guests’ needs. **Main Responsibilities** * Warmly welcome guests in the pool area and assign lounge chairs or towels. * Take and serve beverage and food orders at the pool area, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff. * Ensure areas are clean, tidy, and properly set up prior to service. * Anticipate guests’ needs by offering beverages, amenities, or logistical support. * Provide information about hotel activities and available services. * Supervise proper use of furniture and equipment in the pool area. * Coordinate with bar, housekeeping, and maintenance departments to ensure an excellent guest experience. * Handle special requests or complaints with empathy and professionalism, reporting to the supervisor when necessary. **Minimum Requirements** * Intermediate level of English. * Service-oriented attitude and sense of responsibility. * Availability for full-time work.
