Ideal Candidate Profile: * Education: Degree in Administration, Property Management, or related fields. * Experience: 4\+ years in property management and customer service. * Skills: * Communication and interpersonal skills. * Organizational ability and attention to detail. * Conflict resolution capability. * Proficiency in management software, Google Sheets, and Google Docs. * Languages: Spanish (mandatory), English at least 70% Key Competencies: * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. * Responsibility and proactivity. * Negotiation skills. * Teamwork and operational leadership. * Attention to detail across all structural aspects.
