It features extensive and clearly explained Design Guidelines required to achieve and maintain Tulum’s cohesive aesthetic while opening the creative door each resident can explore. Spread across 9 hectares, the development comprises two hundred residential lots ranging from 160 to 250 square meters, four multi-density lots, three apartment lots, and 2,800 square meters of community spaces inspired by wellness and healing.
