Required profile:* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Caribbean all\-inclusive resorts. * Leadership experience in high\-volume culinary operations. * Proficiency in culinary management tools and cost control. * Up\-to\-date knowledge of international hygiene and safety regulations. * Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
