User training and adherence to service routes. **Position: Field Technical Support Technician** We are seeking a Field Technical Support Technician responsible for providing direct on-site technical assistance to customers, performing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems. This role is critical to ensuring operational continuity and customer satisfaction through timely and high-quality service. **Responsibilities:** * Address on-site technical incidents related to printers, computing devices, and multifunctional devices. * Diagnose and resolve printer malfunctions (paper jams, print quality issues, connectivity problems, etc.). * Perform installation, configuration, and commissioning of printers. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on printing equipment. * Replace consumables (toner, maintenance kits, spare parts). * Generate technical reports and document all services performed. * Manage and track service tickets until closure. * Provide basic user training on proper equipment usage. * Adhere to scheduled service routes and response time requirements. **Requirements:** * Completed technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Systems, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field. * Knowledge of laser and multifunctional printer operations. * Basic networking knowledge (network printer configuration). * Experience installing and configuring printer drivers. * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical faults. * Availability for field work. * Valid driver’s license. * Service-oriented attitude, organizational skills, and results-driven mindset. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Continuous training * Growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Work Location: On-site
