




Job Summary: We are seeking a cook to serve as kitchen supervisor at a Yucatecan restaurant, responsible for ordering and receiving supplies, inventory management, food preparation and service, and cleaning. Maintenance of hygiene and food quality control We are looking for a cook (male or female), aged over 40, to serve as kitchen supervisor at a Yucatecan restaurant located at Carrillo Puerto 78, halfway down Miguel Ángel de Quevedo Street. Working hours: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday. It is a 10-table restaurant. The operational model is commissary-based; therefore, food is not prepared on-site—only served. We operate exclusively during lunch hours. Responsibilities include: Ordering and receiving supplies Weekly inventory of supplies Labeling food items and supplies Preparing tacos, tortas, and panuchos; serving two different soups Preparing beverages for service Monitoring and maintaining proper expiration dates on food items; minimizing waste by rotating stock in the CEDIS Serving desserts Daily kitchen cleaning Position Type: Part-time Salary: $2,750.00 per week Expected Hours: 30 per week Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Flexible schedules * Staff cafeteria service * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
