We work closely with our clients to understand their problems and develop cutting-edge solutions to resolve them. Responsibilities: * Planning and tracking project activities, ensuring adherence to defined timelines and deliverables. * Monitoring and controlling the project budget, ensuring visibility of hours consumed and compliance with the approved budget. * Coordinating among various involved teams to ensure proper execution of activities. * Monitoring project progress and preparing periodic status reports. * Identifying and managing risks, as well as tracking mitigation plans. * Coordinating and leading follow-up meetings (status sessions, dailies). * Timely tracking of pending items, agreements, and team commitments. * Managing changes and controlling project scope. * Supporting the organization of deliverables and client validations. * Maintaining continuous communication with clients to ensure visibility of project progress. * Ensuring proper documentation and management of project activities. Requirements: * Five or more years of experience in IT projects * Five or more years of experience with Microsoft Project * Three or more years of experience with Scrum methodology * Two or more years of experience with Azure DevOps and SharePoint / document repository What We Offer: * Competitive salary plus statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Hybrid work mode (Metropolitan Area, Nuevo León) * **Three-month probationary project with potential extension based on performance** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $30,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Microsoft Project: 5 years (Preferred) * Scrum: 3 years (Preferred) * Azure DevOps: 2 years (Preferred) * SharePoint: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote work in Col.
