Technical problem resolution. **Norman México Company Limited is a Taiwanese company specializing in the manufacture of wood-imitation and MDF blinds, and we are currently recruiting:** **COMPUTER SYSTEMS ENGINEER** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering or Networking. * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, assembly, repair, and maintenance of desktop computers and laptops. * Knowledge of printer maintenance, installation, and operation. * Proficiency in Windows operating systems, servers, software, electronics, and computer operations. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Ability to resolve network-related technical issues. RESPONSIBILITIES OPERATING SYSTEMS NETWORKS AND SERVERS Manage network servers and technological tools. Resolve equipment-related issues and interruptions (computers and printers). Perform preventive maintenance on computer equipment. Maintain printers. Maintain servers.
